These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Lizhari website and related services (the “Services”). The Services are operated by Kingdom Investment Corporation Limited (the legal entity behind the Lizhari brand) and are hosted on Shopify.

1) Eligibility, Access & Accounts

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline orders at our discretion. An order is typically considered accepted after payment is processed and we issue an order confirmation/acceptance.

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays outside our control (carrier issues, customs, weather, etc.). To the extent permitted by law, risk of loss may transfer to you once the shipment is handed to the carrier.
