1) Processing Time & Shipping Fee

Processing time:
Please allow 2–4 business days for order preparation, quality checks, and packing before dispatch.
During peak periods (holidays/promotions), processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping fee:
We charge a flat USD $5.99 shipping fee per order.

3) Order Tracking

After shipment, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please note:

  • Some routes may have limited scan events depending on carrier

4) Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments are typically sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means:

  • Duties/taxes assessed by your country are paid by the customer
  • We are not responsible for customs delays

5) Order Modifications & Cancellations

If you need to change your address or cancel, contact [email protected] within 12 hours of placing your order. Once processing begins, changes/cancellations may not be possible.


6) Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged items:
If your package arrives damaged, email photos within 72 hours of delivery. If confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement.

Lost in transit:
If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
