Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy is provided by kicl (operated by Kingdom Investment Corporation Limited). Please read it carefully before requesting a return.
1) Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Be unused, uninstalled (if applicable), and in original condition
- Be returned with original packaging and all included components (manuals, accessories, tags, protective films, seals if applicable)
- Include proof of purchase (order number/receipt)
Items showing use, wear, stains, scratches, missing parts, or broken seals may be refused.
2) Non-Returnable Items
We generally do not accept returns for:
- Used or installed items
- Items marked Final Sale / Non-returnable
- Gift cards
- Free gifts/promotional items
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling/installation, or normal wear and tear
- Opened consumables
3) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos/videos of the item and packaging (outer carton, protective materials, shipping label)
If approved, we may provide replacement parts, a replacement, or a refund depending on the case.
4) How to Start a Return

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
5) Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
- Use a trackable shipping method when possible.
- We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
6) Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval status. If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear (varies by provider)
- Shipping fees are generally non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error
7) Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the eligible item (for a refund) and place a new order.
8) Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated timeframe:
- Check your bank/statement again
- Contact your card provider (posting times vary)
- Contact your bank (processing delays happen)

9) Order Cancellations
If the order hasn’t shipped, we may be able to cancel it. If it has shipped, it must follow the return process (if eligible). Contact [email protected] as soon as possible.
10) Return Address / Instructions
All returns must be authorized first. We will provide return instructions before you ship anything back.
